Live Animal Phone Orders
Live animals can be paid for over the phone; however, they must be collected within 2 hours of payment. 🐹🐭🐓🐦🦎🐍

Phone Order FAQ

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our staff and card details are not stored.
General items are held until the agreed pick-up time. Live animals must be collected within 2 hours of payment.

Please call us as soon as possible. If a live animal is not collected within the agreed timeframe, the order may be cancelled or refunded at management’s discretion.
Yes. Just let us know the name of the person collecting when you place your order.
Changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Live animal orders may not be able to be changed once payment has been processed.
Refunds are handled in line with our store policies and Australian Consumer Law. If you have any concerns, please speak with our team.
