48 Hour Fish Health Guarantee

At PJ’s, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality livestock and reliable customer support.

Guarantee Coverage

If a fish becomes unwell or dies within 48 hours of purchase, PJ’s may, after assessment, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Suitable medication or treatment advice
  • Replacement fish (subject to availability)
  • Store credit
  • Refund

All outcomes are determined at the discretion of management based on the circumstances of the claim.


Claim Requirements

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • PJ’s must be notified within 48 hours of the original purchase time
  • Physical proof of the fish is required, either by:
    • Clear photo or video evidence, or
    • Return of the fish to store for assessment
  • Water test results may be requested where relevant
  • The fish must have been kept in a suitable, established aquarium with appropriate water quality and compatible tank mates

Exclusions

  • Poor water quality or uncycled aquariums
  • Incorrect acclimation procedures
  • Aggression from other fish
  • Incompatible tank mates
  • Overcrowding
  • Neglect, misuse, or improper care
